Hey Kids, We are going to try the Open WOD today! We may sub thrusters for wall ball shots, if the pvc isn't cutting it. This is a new movement and will be fun to learn! See you at 9 AM! Hey Kids and Parents! We are adding some new classes at MBS, so we have to change things up a bit. We are going to move our kids class to Saturday mornings at 9 AM! _A couple of you set some goals last week. Molly wanted to get 10 deadlifts with the kid bar (15 pounds) and she got it that day! Rylee wants to get 20 deadlifts at 20 pounds and she is well on her way. She was picking up the 26 pound kb like it was nothing! Let's play on the rings! We are going to work on getting stable on the rings. Being able to hold yourself up on rings will make you stronger in so many other things! New year, new movements!!! We are going to learn the snatch! The snatch is an Olympic lifting movement that demonstrates total power, speed, agility, flexibility, and strength! That is a lot. Hey Kiddos, Last week we changed up our WOD quite a bit, so we could do YOUR version of 12 days of Christmas.
